I share you displeasure at what the Republican Party has come to stand for but take heart that our actions as conservatives are moving it back in the right direction. They have stood firm against this health care bill and several other important pieces of extreme legislation. I also am encouraged that the Senate Campaign Committee will not make an endorsement in the Florida Republican senate primary. We are making progress but must remain united to keep to party moving in the right direction. At the same time can one see what is happening in Washington and believe that moderate/liberal Republicans are the real threat to the nation right now? The Democrats and the media want to divide the opposition to their socialist reforms. All who oppose state solutions must unite in time to defeat every Democrat in every election next fall. After we save the nation from the left we can save the party from the career politicians.
I plan to run as a committee person next year. I encourage all conservatives to do the same. We will be showing up at the county meetings and voicing our opinions. We will be vocal, we will be organized and we won’t be fooled again.
