The Allentown SEIU vs. the Eagle Scout

This case is a prime example of how government, especially government controlled and influenced by the “left” side of America’s atrophied civic brain, always manifests itself as a hindrance to exercising our unalienable rights to “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness”.
The City of Allentown, the entity legitimately entrusted and funded by its citizens to take care of “public property”, of course dropped the ball. Thus, the park trail, kind of like most of Allentown became quite dilapidated. Then, “organized” labor, in the form of Allentown’s local chapter of the SEIU threatens action and demands retribution against a citizen for his offense of voluntarily “mixing his labor with the land” on the park trail and “making it better” for everyone to enjoy. Government and “organized” labor: Why is it that everything that’s gone to Hell in America seems to be directly affected by those two entities? And how come every time initiative, resourcefulness, creativity, pride, and ingenuity sprout up amongst “we the people” it’s always government and “organized” labor that sound the battle call to stomp it out?
